can't enable remote desktop

problem can't enable remote from desktop
-already enable user to have admin right
-when when I login in user "remote user don't have sufficient privilege
need help how to remote from desktop to desktop local and outside login

Try this;
right click "my computer" select "remote",click on "Select Remote User" and Add the User

User did not have access to change the remote settings.

By trial and error, we figured it out.
We had to go to Computer Management,
Make sure user has admin rights, then:
Control Panel > User Accounts, properties and in Group Membership - other: select administrator.

That worked.
