First time needing to restore a file.

I get the error:

Backup Exec Restore:  Final error: 0xe000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server.

Access Denied to Remote Agent.
Final error: 0xe000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.
Final error category: Security Errors

Backup Exec is logging in as Administrator.  I can backup without any problem.  I reset the login info.

What now?

The restor to directories have permissions available to the Administrator to read and write.

I have looked at other options to resolve, but I am stumped.

When you do the restore are you restoring the data back to the same location as where it was backed up from?
If you are then redirect the restore data to another location where the administrator account that Backup Exec is using has full control. After it has restored then copy and paste the data back to it original location, but check the folder permissions for the admin account first. To be sure change the owner back to administrators and reset all permissions to give admin full control to all subfolders and files as well.
