How to Make 2 Linksys vpn router RVO42 connected

I just bought 2 linksys RVO 42 vpn router and i dont have any idea how to make this tow router connected( create tunnel). I have one static ip on one router and DDNS on the other one. I am beginner in computer networking so teach me plantly will be very much appriciated.
