The RAVE stuff that ships with Delphi 7+ is pretty comprehensive, and can output to PDF, HTML, RTF and text files. If you're looking for rich, feature-filled stuff, and you're happy to run out of a Delphi-generated application, this is all you need!

If you want your reports available as HTML, then web-based is the other option to look at. Developed and deployed completely seperate from your Delphi applications.  Crystal seems to be the industry standard, but you might also want to look into LGX Report from http://www.freereporting.com/ - they have a free web-based reporting too that I found quite astonishing, if a little counter-intuitive to use.

It can be handy to split your reporting suite off from the application - no sense re-deploying the app if you've added a report! Also remember that you're not really writing reports "for Delphi", you're writing reports that extract the data and present it in a meaningful way.

Perhaps if you can give us some detail of the background behind your question, we'll be able to guide you a little more specifically.

Then the RAVE bits should do it just fine - unless you're using an old Delphi? Which version are you running?
