First of all, where is the file wavdest.ax located on your harddrive?

Most likely it just means that the file wavdest.ax isn't located where Windows wants it to be. In other words, you may need to manually move it to another folder, go into that directory, and then type /regserv32 wavdest.ax

Hope this helps. If not, please provide us with more information.
