Windows Event ID errors, exchange is messing up cause of it

Hi,
I have two exchange servers, one is a frontend, and the second is a backend, we have the frontend configured to be a OMA server. The backend receives and sends emails. Now during the day it works great, but when i come in the mornings or log on later in the day the machines have shutdown and restarted, this is started to effect users(mainly the CEO) I am trying to rid myself of these Event ID errors. Here they are as follows:

Error Event ID: 1111 Source:TermServDevices
Driver ActiveTouch Document Loader required for printer ActiveTouch Document Loader is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

Warnings Event ID 11164 Source: DnsApi
The system failed to register host (A) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:

   Adapter Name : {xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}
   Host Name : Backend Server
   Primary Domain Suffix : Ourdomain.com
   DNS server list :
           ISP server address
   Sent update to server : <?>
   IP Address(es) :
     My exchange server address

 The reason the system could not register these RRs was because either (a) the DNS server does not support the DNS dynamic update protocol, or (b) the authoritative zone for the specified DNS domain name does not accept dynamic updates.

 To register the DNS host (A) resource records using the specific DNS domain name and IP addresses for this adapter, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

Warnings Event ID: 2012 Source: smtpsvc
SMTP could not connect to the DNS server 'ISP DNS'. The protocol used was 'UDP'. It may be down or inaccessible

Error Event ID: 6008 Source: Event Log
The previous system shutdown at 5:48:47 AM on 6/23/2006 was unexpected.

Error Event ID: 5000 Source: LSAsrv
The security package Kerberos generated an exception.  The exception information is the data.

There are others, but these are the ones I do not have enough exp with. If you can help me out that would be great.

Thank you

J
