Unable to launch Licensing Wizard
I have a windows 2003 Small Business Server that will not launch the Licensing Wizard. I tried creating an MMC and adding the snap in, but get the error "Snap In Failed to Initialize" followed by a class ID and from the To Do list, when clicking on the option, nothing happens. Users are getting disconnected due to the OS not having enough licenses, but I can't add them since the wizard isn't working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It was a clean install (new server) and not upgraded from another version....

Thanks for that... it looks as though you probably have a failed installation of Service Pack 1. When did you install that? Did you install all 5 parts at the same time?

Usually users don't get disconnected, it generally won't let any new users on and the server will reboot itself it you're over limit.
Please open a command prompt on the server and enter 'systeminfo' and post the results here. You can block out any identifying information, but please don't modify it otherwise.
