Im am trying to setup a jsp file to view in tomcat 5 though my training tells me to set up a directory as a  root in tomcat

so i have the following:

<!-- AutoSetup for AuctionStation-->
<Context path=”” docBase=”webapps/AuctionStation” debug=”0”
reloadable=”true” >
</Context>

where do I set this up? in my training it says set it up in my context manager in the SERVER XML file but I cannot find it

What version of Tomcat are using   5.0 ?
Anyway, I think the following will work,  in the folder
yourTomcatHome\conf\Catalina\localhost
you should see some xml files already there with the form you need to follow.
Create a new file called  AuctionStation.xml  and put  the context element into it.  Then restart Tomcat.
