I'm having trouble deleting or purging mailboxes.

I have sbs and exchange installed and working.  I was having trouble with one mailbox.  so I have tried to delete it or to purge it.  purge and reconnect are greyed out so I don't have access to them.  I have full right to these mailboxes.  I have tried deleting mailbox but it won't go away.

How do I clear this mailbox and how do I get access to purging mailboxes.

Hi topprops,

The reason why the purge and reconnect options are greyed out is because Exchange server does not know that the account has been mail disabled or deleted.  What you need to do is right click on the mailbox store icon and then choose to run the cleanup agent.  Once you have done this the mailbox should have a cross over it and then you will be able to purge it.  Let me know if this does not work for you.

M
topprops,

So... did it work?

yes,  but of course that was just an attempt to solve another problem.  that problem is that every time I try to sync inbox I get an object can not be found error.

I have tried

with no luck.

the sync error I get is Microsoft Exchange offline address book
