I am not familiar with InfoPath, but have you looked at Microsoft's apparently extensive documentation in MSDN

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ipsdk/html/ipsdkwelcometotheipsdk_hv01071365.asp

and the InfoPath Developer Portal

http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/program/infopath/default.aspx

That is probably all that may contain information about the JScript API, but I did run across a lot of other interesing resources.

This message board

http://www.mcse.ms/archive180-2004-4-605838.html

suggests a book by Thom Robbins, which has since been updated (this is the listing for Thom Robbins at Amazon)

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-url/index=books&field-author-exact=Thom%20Robbins&rank=-relevance%2C%2Bavailability%2C-daterank/102-8555127-7412953

It also suggests Thom Robbins BLOG, which is at

http://radio.weblogs.com/0131777/categories/infopathTipsAndTricks

but I found this BLOG a bit limited in scope. I think that the BLOG continues here

http://blogs.msdn.com/trobbins/archive/category/6943.aspx

where there are 32 articles about InfoPath.
