May I ask there is any plug-in installed on Exchange Server 2003 so that the user can check the external SMTP e-mail through OWA 2003?

Hi pomiu,

1.  If the mail can be downloaded to the Exchange server off the external server, - SBS - use built in POP3 connector for downloading the mail - For Exchange - Purchase a POP3 collector application like ARX POP3 (see http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.htm for a list ) -  and have these connectors download the mail to the users mailboxes in exchange and then they will be able see the mail.
2.  If the mail must remain on the external server, you can still use the pop3 connectors, but choose to leave a copy of the mail on the Internet server.
