We cannot acccess this now it has moved obviously but how do i open the gateway and what address do we put for the new exchange remote access?

Guessing you need to change the port forwarding on your firewall for http (TCP port 80) to the new Exchage server
note if you use SSL (if you type httpS://servername) then you need to change the prot forward for TCP 443 as well
