Does Eclipse have WYSISYG Swing builder?

Dear Experts,

Does Eclipse have WYSISYG Swing builder?  I switched over from JBuilder a while ago, and it had a visual, drag-and-drop Swing app builder.  Does Eclipse have any such thing?

If not, can anyone recommend any other tools?

Thanks!

I'd recommend NetBeans which includes the Matisse swing builder (http://www.netbeans.org)
And the demo http://www.netbeans.org/files/documents/4/475/matisse.html

Also the Eclipse has it's own swing builder, it's Visual Editor
http://www.eclipse.org/vep/WebContent/main.php

But there are some requirements You'll have to accomplish, before You can use the Visual Editor, these are:

As an alternative, You can use Jigloo

A word to the wise, jvider ( http://www.jvider.com/ ) is a BAD gui builder, the code it spits out will need at least some modification before it works as you would want it. This would be ok for a free program to provide you with the basic framework of your user interface but since jvider has a price tag I would strongly advise against it.
