Error 503

Apache/2.0.54 (NETWARE) mod_jk/1.2.14

So, I look at Novell website to get the solution by this error and I found

Novell GroupWise WebAccess

Error: 503 on the Browser when users try to log in to GroupWise WebAccess.

Java periodically locks up and goes to high(er) util, though not
necessarily 100%.

Unload JAVA and reload TomCat to temporarily resolve the issue.
In some cases you might have to unload Apache and reload Apache to get it

There have been number of fixes put in GroupWise as well as NetWare
Winsock Modules to fix the above symptoms. To fix the above issue please
apply the following:

Apply the latest NetWare Service Pack. (Service Pack 5 or later).
Apply the latest GroupWise Service Packs.
(Service Pack 6 for GroupWise 6.5).
(Latest field test files for GroupWise 7).
Please make sure that all the GroupWise modules running on a particular
server should be upgraded at the same time to avoid any inconsistences

And I logon at the console of groupwise and I type this:

GW_SERVER: unload java
GW_SERVER: sys:/tomcat/4/bin/tomcat4.ncf

A tried again, and not working.. and the document say to unload Apache and
again reload Apache..

but I don´t know how to do it by command..

can someone tell me what commands I need to type to resolve this issue..

"unload java" is not the correct syntax. Use --> java -exit

*Assuming* that your WebAccess configuration uses the User Instance of Apache, this is unloaded by AP2WEBDN and loaded by AP2WEBUP

Note that Support Pack 1 has been released for GroupWise v7.0, and Support Pack 5 has been released for NetWare v6.5.

I ran this commands...

GW_SERVER: java -exit
GW_SERVER: sys:/tomcat/4/bin/tomcat4.ncf

I went to Internet Options of IE 6 and I delete Cookies, Delete Temporal Files with Offline files also... and I tried again and works..

without using AP2WEBDN and AP2WEBUP commands..
