ADIC SCALAR 100

We have an ADIC Scalar 100 running along with netbackup 4.5 on a win 2k server.  A firmware update was made to our tape library and now netbackup server won't recognize any of the drives.  Has anyone had this issue....and if so how did you resolve it.

You'll need to run the Configuration tool from the managment GUI again. The firmware upgrade has almost certainly changed the drive and library IDs, so NetBackup can't see the drives anymore. Rerun the configuration tool and NetBackup should then be able to see the drives. You *may* need to reconfigure the policies as well, but we'll have to wait and see on that.

Reloaded the drivers on the server and now netbackup recognizes the drives.
