I am trying to install a WSUS Server onto a windows 2000 box, but the only problem is that it already has an instance of MSDE 2000 installed onto the server, because there is veritas backup exec on there. I have successfully created a second instance and the service is running but I can't get the WSUS setup file to run because it keeps stating there<br />

is no database server could be detected.<br />

WSUS Server

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers. It is the successor to Windows NT 4.0, and is the last version of Microsoft Windows to display the "Windows NT" designation.
