group policy for this?

How can I set a group policy in Windows 2003 server that says -- everything from this particular url is ok, download whatever activex controls you need without prompting?  I'm seeing options for zones, but nowhere to enter a particular site.  The site hosting the web app is internal, so no access outside firewall is required.

I would rather not set the browser setting for all of our users individually, isn't there a gp covering something like this?

thanks in advanced
