The MetaFrame COM Server service terminated with service-specific error 127.

This server crashed a week ago due to disk failure. Finally got it back online, reinstalled Citrix Metaframe XPs, however this service won't start.

Search for duplicate citrix related dlls and delete the older files. Most likely an older dll is still on the box, and the search path likely points to that folder first since new folders added to the path are always appended onto the end.
A search on something like ima*.dll would be a good place to start.
