Internet Explorer - strange borders around flash header on hover... not in other browsers

Please view this in IE and another browser (firefox, safari, etc...):
http://www.jenniferbertrand.com/cvn/

When you hover over the flash header in IE, a 'border' appears. This doesn't happen in other browsers (like Firefox).
Can I disable this in my source code? It is VERY distracting.

Thank you!
