there is two things...

1) If you would like to edit the final dwg in CAD applications then this is actually a conversion process. Basically, you would have to convert a PDF to a DWG then you can edit it like any other DWG files... This would require a converter of some sort. The one that works fine for me is by AutoDWG: http://www.autodwg.com/pdf-to-dwg-converter/

2) If you are simply copy n pasting a PDF into a DWG drawing as a logo / background or basically just as a picture but NOT EDITABLE, then you would need to convert the PDF to a compatible raster image first (you should be able to convert it using anything like Photoshop or Illustrator and convert to TIF). Then in AutoCAD go to INSERT | Raster Image and select the image.

If you are looking to do the first option, there is really no other way but to get a conversion software.
