Hi,

I need to find a software that can open a .nfo file.  It is a database file (950 megs) containing thousands of pages of text and I have no clue what software to use to open it.  I have found references to a Folio Viewer but no software yet.  I just need to read the file so any was of converting the file to another format would be appreciated.

thanks!

That link may be a bit misleading - the nfo files described in that wiki are unlikely to be 950M in size.

But it is a step in the right direction in that you should firstly try opening it in a text editor and see if you can identify anything.

thanks guys but I found the format.  NFO files are from Folio Views, a software used to easely search and do queries through large amounts of text.  I found a compatible software on www.cch.ca in the legal section.
