Accessing MP3 details, duration bit rate etc, using Delphi

Mp3 files: How can I access the length (in seconds) and the bitrate of an MP3 file? I have seen reference to the GetDetailsOf function but haven't found a simple explanation and code sample to show how it should work in this scenario.
