Flah file works on windows but not linux servers?

It's really strange, an swf file will only work on windows servers, failing to load on all the linux servers I try it out on?

I don't really know where to start in diagnosing the problem.

Have you checked the Flash Player Version in both OS's ?

My ftp client had defaulted  to ACSI mode which was corrupting the file on upload to a linux server, ooppps!
