Hello All,

When some users start their computers that are running XP Pro, they get screen that says to Insert Card or press Ctrl Alt Del.  When they do press Ctrl Alt Del, then they get the normal login screen for the network.  My question is can the Screen that says Insert Card or Press Ctrl Alt Del be disabled so that all they see is the normal login screen for the network?  The CFO of the company is unhappy about this so your help is appreciated.

Yes.

In Group Policy,

Computer Config>Windows Settings>Security Settings>Local Policies>Security Options :: Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL = ENABLED.

Set this on a new GPO linked to the domain.
