- The BES administrator account cannot be a Domain Administrator. Also blackberry users cannot be Domain Admins. <br />

We are running a windows 2003 server w/sp1 with blackberry enterprise server with the latest service pack installed. &nbsp;We have an Exchange 2003 server w/sp2. &nbsp;T-Mobile is our provider and we have blackberry 1790's. We can receive mail but not send or reply to e-mail. &nbsp;We have a pop account configured and it works fine, our Exchange mail is the problem. We have followed the suggestions of knowledge base article 895949 to no avail. Would greatly appreciate advice/feedback to get this working correctly. <br />
