Blackberry cannot send or reply to Exchange E-mail
We are running a windows 2003 server w/sp1 with blackberry enterprise server with the latest service pack installed. We have an Exchange 2003 server w/sp2. T-Mobile is our provider and we have blackberry 1790's. We can receive mail but not send or reply to e-mail. We have a pop account configured and it works fine, our Exchange mail is the problem. We have followed the suggestions of knowledge base article 895949 to no avail. Would greatly appreciate advice/feedback to get this working correctly.

We appreciate the feedback. Situation has been resolved. We apologize for leaving this open. Here is the scoop:
- The BES administrator account cannot be a Domain Administrator. Also blackberry users cannot be Domain Admins.
