How to take backup of Sophos Enterprise console

I have installed Sophos Enterprise console 1.00 in Windows 2003 Os.I need to take the backup of the console alone as i have created lots of groups in it.If it is crashed it is a tredious job to recreate the same.
Can you please help me take a backup.

u can export the settings to an xml file
there will be a file in ur machine named"EMLExp"(dont know the exact location)
u nca later on use that XML file to restore all the settings

Will this backup all the groups which i have created with all the machine name?

Please tell me how should i run this command.The path the file is C:\Program Files\Sophos Enterprise Manager\Library\bin

I tryed the command but did not work.

there should be a file names "EMLExp"
u need to execute the file
