disable postmaster emails in exchange 2003

i keep getting loads of delivery failures from emails sent to non existant email addresses sent to our admin mailbox.

where in 2003 can i disable delivery failures being sent in 2003?

the you can enable filtering. checking the following

Filter Out Mail to Non-Existent Users
it is in the global settings of exchange system manager.

that's not really what i am looking for - that controls NDRs on a global basis.

i want to keep NDRs alive for all our users.

however, i am getting loads of NDRs as per example below:

it looks as if spammers are using are postmaster address
