like ryancys said

<link href="images/youricon.ico" rel="shortcut icon">

you may try put your icon on the website root folder and try again, like:

<link href="youricon.ico" rel="shortcut icon">

where youricon.ico located on: http://yourdomain.com/youricon.ico
