I got a new Dell GX620 system with a Dell keyboard.  All the special keys work except the Mail Key which should bring up Microsoft Outlook.  A co-worker had the same keyboard and his works.  I tried another keyboard.  No help.

You probably need to go into the "DellKeys" setup program (this is the software that tells windows what to do when you press one of those hot keys), and tell it what program to run when you press the mail key.

The software should be listing somehwre on your start menu, and may also be running as a tray icon near your clock.

I call customer support and they decided to send a new keyboard and driver disk.  Hopefully, that should do it.

Thanks for you help.
