Unexpected shutdown casued by Sfmsrv.sys

I have a W2K3 server that had an unexpected shutdown.  When checking the dump file with WinDBG it points to Sfmsrv.sys.  Anything I search for on the net pertains to windows 2000 or nt and you have to contact Microsoft for those fixes.  Any ideas?

That's the Services for Macintosh client that's causing this.

If you don't have any Macs, remove the service.

It is likely a problem with the service and either Symantec AV or Veritas Continuous Protection Server.
