moving the IMA database to another SQL server

We have just recently moved the IMA database from one SQL server to another.  Now, just one of the six citrix servers is able to connect to the database and issue license to clients.  The other citrix servers are reporting error code:1612 and 457 when trying to get into Citrix Management Console.  In the Event viewer, I'm getting event IDs: 3612, 3614 and 3619.
I have been able to restart the IMA service on all the citrix servers except one (ctx04).
I have run the dsmaint recreatelhc on one (ctx04) of the citrix server and it ran successfully but after that I could not start the IMA service on
Running Metaframe XP FR3
What would need to be done so that all the servers in the farm can issue/validate citrix license and open Management Console again.   Appreciate any help.  Thanks

Did you copy the new DSN pointing to your new data store to all of your other Citrix servers (after DSMAINT MIGRATE from the Data Collector)?  After that you do the DSMAINT CONFIG on those servers to make use of the new DSN.
