mirgrating sbs 2000 to new hardware

I want to migrate everything from my old server to new hardware.  I am using SBS 2000 and will be continuing to use it on the new hardware.  Any suggestions on how to do this?

i havent dealt with SBS, that is more techsoeasy's domain, and there is an SBS TA if you are interested
