imbed webcam in website

I would like to imbed a webcam into on of my websites.

The stream needs to be live, not an image that refreshes. I have the webcam currently hooked up to a windows 2003 server.

How do I go about doing this? I do not want the stream to have to be viewed in a media player, I want it to simply look like an image on part of the website, but of course it will be a video stream.

There are several great articles on how to setup a live webcam feed using the Microsoft Windows Media Encoder and will use Windows Media Player to play the stream but it will show up embedded in the webpage itself just like a video.

There are also several webcam peices of software out there that will do what you are looking to do, check out the following...

I hope this helps.  I am going to poke around and see if I can find some other solutions for this application.  I have seen some other streaming video applications that use their own encoder.
