As it turned out it was a corrupt ICA client on the latest HP downoad. had to install the client manually, HP did change the update a few days later.<br />

Background<br />
new HP Thin Terms - HP 5520<br />
have downloaded latest &nbsp;image for the thin term - 5.02.561<br />
<br />
<br />
basically the user is getting the following error on both thin terms he has been on.<br />
wficace.exe error - exc 0xC0000005 - add 01BD5CF1. user being kicked out of session<br />
<br />
any ideas, getting grief from management so any quick fix will get a big gold star from me.<br />
