wficace.exe error - exc 0xC0000005 - add 01BD5CF1. user being kicked out of session

Background
new HP Thin Terms - HP 5520
have downloaded latest  image for the thin term - 5.02.561


basically the user is getting the following error on both thin terms he has been on.
wficace.exe error - exc 0xC0000005 - add 01BD5CF1. user being kicked out of session

any ideas, getting grief from management so any quick fix will get a big gold star from me.

Looks like this is a known issue.  Here is the KB article from Citrix.

As it turned out it was a corrupt ICA client on the latest HP downoad. had to install the client manually, HP did change the update a few days later.
