I just upgraded Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 and moved some of the mailboxes over to the new 2003 Exchange server.
Users who have Blackberrys are not receving email on their blackberry, but are able to receive on their new email box.
Any ideas??

Have you set the permissions correctly? It has changed quite heavily recently.

Did you move the BESADMIN account as well?

Hello Sembee,
The BESADMIN account is still on the 5.5 server.  I do not see an option to MOVE MAILBOX under Exchange Tasks; I do not know why.
If I cannnot move BESADMIN mailbox from 5.5 to 2003, can I just create another BESADMIN mailbox on the 2003?

Odd that you cannot move the besadmin account.

If you wanted to move the mailbox by hand, you would have to mail disable it, then recreate the mailbox on the new server. Finally update the BES server to point at the new location - there is a tool somewhere in the BES server installation folder for updating the MAPI profile.
