Noticed the Topic Area has (general) so I asked it in here.<br />

I picked up a manual today 'using the system software' based on workbench 2.0 - I searched google trying to find some guide or something on how to get amiga OS to run in a PC emulator. <br />
What I want to be able to do is get the Amiga OS version that came with my manual be able to show on my screen so I can read the manual and actually do what I read in the manual, as I don't have an Amiga system.<br />
I have BOCHS, BeUAE and QEMU. I use BEOS R5 as my OS. I am not sure where to start, if you may find this usefull<br />

Running AmigaOS in an emulator

Operating systems perform basic tasks, such as recognizing input from the keyboard, sending output to the display screen, keeping track of files and directories on the disk, and controlling peripheral devices such as disk drives and printers.
