It'd have to be something running at the server, unless you could set up a computer to host the resource mailbox and leave Outlook open and running all the time. &nbsp;A better solution would be to create a simple web application for this.

Basically there will be two yoga classes a week, each with a maximum of 20 students. &nbsp;Is there any way I can set up a meeting or something in outlook (2000) so that lessons can be booked up to a maximum of twenty delegates?<br />
