Use outlook 2000 to book lessons
Hi I'm administering a yoga class for a corporation with outlook.
Basically there will be two yoga classes a week, each with a maximum of 20 students. Is there any way I can set up a meeting or something in outlook (2000) so that lessons can be booked up to a maximum of twenty delegates?
Cheers

Could i write something in VBA which would allow other users to book places on classes, or is it something that needs to be applied to exchange server ?
Natchiket,
It'd have to be something running at the server, unless you could set up a computer to host the resource mailbox and leave Outlook open and running all the time. A better solution would be to create a simple web application for this.

Not with Outlook itself. You'd have to look for a third-party add-in or write something of your own.
Cheers!
