Cisco Failover and Load balancing

Hi,

I currently have a single adsl line which is connected to an adsl router and then to a pix 501 using 2 static ip addresses. The cisco pix has a site2site vpn setup to a remote office. I would like to install a second adsl line with a different ISP to be used for failover and load balancing.
What I am looking to achieve is to have 2 site2site vpns from the remote office to terminate on both adsl lines either to a dual wan device or another pix with failover and load balancing. How is this best achieved and what equipment do you think i'll need.

PIX does not do failover or load balancing or hot standby or any of those types of high availability things.
Your solution would certainly look for something like a dual-wan capable device such as these:
