Track Mail In / Mail Out By User
Is it possible to track emails sent and received by a particular user for a given time frame? If so could you please point me in the direction of more information on how to do this? I have been unable to find out from multiple searches and reading. I maybe looking in the wrong places!! Thanks in advance!
Are you just looking to find out the numbers, or are you try and journal (aka Archive) messages for specific users or groups?

Just looking for the numbers. I have been asked to prepare a report each month for the number of emails each user send / receives. Thanks!!

Agreed with Saineolai, you want to setup the "Server Usage Report" this will give you specific information such as
Email received, email received from external, email received from internal, size and numbers
Emails sent, emails sent external, email sent internal, size and numbers.
It is a great tool, and well worth checking out thee other features.
