Right now our SBS monitoring database is about 1.5 gigs with a log file thats nearly the same size.

Is there anyway to slim this down, it seems to have exploded in size recently.

Also, would it be hard to move this database to another partition?

swiftny,

The monitoring database is managed automatically by SBS as long as the SQLAgent$SBSMonitoring service is running.  Make sure that it is and the start-up is set to Automatic.

If you want to move your data files to another partition, please follow the instructions in http://sbsurl.com/movedata
