OWA just sits there loading

Hello

I have a single AD domain(Win SBS 2003) I installed exchange sp2 remotely on the server and now when anyone logs onto OWA in IE 6+
it just sits there saying loading with blue boxs around the icons.
It works internally no problem and firefox will work but it looks like a stripped down version.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
