A tape got stuck and chewed up in our HP Ultrium 230 drive the other day and a colleague had to take the drive apart to remove it. (before you ask the drive is way out of warranty!). Now its been put back together it will not load a tape.<br />

I could do with a manual that details the internal workings of the drive so we can check it has been put back together OK. I have looked on the HP website but all they seem to have are basic user and troubleshooting guides<br />

Does anybody know if such a document is available for download anywhere? I appreciate that this is the sort of thing HP would generally not make widely available but if there is anybody out there with some inside contacts then I would be most grateful!<br />
