I have a Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition that I keep getting the following error.

Microsoft C++ Runtime Library

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state.  The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

I have uninstaalled IIS, restarted, and reinstalled IIS.

Anything else to try?

There are usually two common reasons for this:

1.  The .NET framework is corrupt. will show you how to repair it.

2.  Do you have Dynamics CRM 3.0 installed on this server?  If so, it needs a hotfix:

The hotfix seems to have fixed the problem.
