Hi  I have a user who wants to change her surname.  I have created an account with a new exchange mailbox which is not a problem.  How do I transfer all her old mailbox information to her new one?  Any help would be appreciated.

many thanks

There is no need to create a new acount if the user has changed the surname , the below article will tell u the settings needed to make in order to change the display name and etc without effecting the mail flow .
