IDL file to Delphi TLB file

How to convert IDL file to Delphi _TLB file?

Yep, if you have MIDL.EXE it will work. It's microsoft compiler for IDL files what can produce TLB files. once you have a .TLB you can import it to delphi.

Try with IDL2PAS.EXE converter.

Or you can open your ocx, dll, exe to ide and save it as .tlb file

I use delphi 7, but I can't find any idl2pas.exe inside the directory, where can I get it?

Sorry, it is IDL2PAS.BAT and it can be found in Program Files\Borland\Delphi7\Bin

I suggest to go with other alternate. It's very easy.
1. Choose File, Open,  
2. From the Files of Type choose Type Library
3. Now choose File, Save As and click Save.

Sorry, but I haven't found yet, there is only Idl2Pas.jar, but I found midl.exe in C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin, can it be used to?
