Hi ,
the citrix server used to work just fine. Suddenly , users report when they access citrix via internet by using
http://citrix.abc.com  and enter their credentials and when they click on any of the application icons they get the message   ERROR: The Citrix MetaFrame servers reported that the alternate address cannot be found

any ideas?

has anything changed on the server or the network?  Have you checked the alternate addresses on each of your citirx servers and the configuration in the Access Suite Console?  Also check the firewall to make sure the addresses are still being NAT'd.
