I have a few distribution lists with over 100 users in them. Is there a way to Export the users in this group to a CSV file for review?

you can use csvde:

csvde -d "cn=groupname,ou=ouname,dc=domainname,dc=com" -f textfile.txt.

An easier way would be to download DumpSec and have it do all the work for you. http://www.somarsoft.com/cgi-bin/download.pl?DumpAcl
Just go to Report --> Select Computer and type your domain controller name. Report --> Dump Groups as Table. Then you can filter and sort as you like in Excel.
