I need to buy MS Project for 5 users.
All users need to update and share the information on created project files.

I need advice on what to buy?

I know there is a Server+5 CALS, but do I need anything else.
One supplier says I need to buy Project Professional also.

If anyone has already done this you help would be appreciated.

MS Project is a pre designed program. We tried it and it was worthless.

I would suggest that you try using MS Access. We were able to design a program to handle multimillion dollar projects including the production of charts. We had the program on a server. One of our project engineers in his 'spare time' designed the program. we could even track the smallest part.

Take a look at MS Acess for Dummies to see how easy it is to use.
