In Outlook, go to Tool &gt;&nbsp;Options &gt;&nbsp;Mail Setup tab, and check &quot;Send immediately when connected&quot;. <br />

Make sure email account is included in the Send/Receive.<br />

Click into Send/Receive button. Select bother &quot;Include this group in Send/Receive&quot;. <br />

We havea user that has a laptop and uses the Outlook Offline facility. If he types a message offline and clicks send the email goes into his outbox which it fine. When he then goes online the emails are not in his sent items or in his outbox. For some reason you can only see the emails if you go offline again.<br />
