How to add a service provider to win xp Web Publishing Wizard

I spent 45 minutes before I even got the wizard started. Now that I get to choosing service providers, it just shows MSN (what else?) and HP Photo.

This module I installed in my Content Mgmt System: http://drupal.org/node/63154 says that I should be able to configure Windows XP Publishing Wizard to publish to it.

Could someone please tell me how I can add another service provider to the list?

I have my own host. I have a hosting server name, username and pwd. What I need is to know where in windowx xp I put in that information. There is no ADD button anywhere in the Web Publishing Wizard to add my own service provider to the list, which right now is just MSN and HP Photo.
